Our wide range of services includes annual wellness exams, employment and school/sports physicals, and disease management for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and allergies among others. However, we do not cater to patients over 350lbs, or offer bariatric, OB/GYN, inpatient services, or long-term controlled substance prescription therapies. Children below 16 are advised to approach pediatric providers. We assist with necessary referrals for services not provided.
